The Group is intended to promote general interest in geology, its control on landscapes, and its appeal to everyone interested in rocks, minerals, fossils and processes which shape the earth. Meetings in 2026/27 will be a mix of lectures (afternoon or evening in Bradford on Avon) and field trips (mainly local and for half a day). Dates are variable in any month.
