This class is run by an experienced fitness instructor with decades of experience and a specialism in training seniors. Whilst suitable for all levels of fitness it’s best suited to those who want to improve their balance and start strength training and increase mobility. This is a follow along class, i.e. you do what I do! 
 
We use resistance bands (provided) to work on strength exercises for the whole body,
 alongside active balance work. Each week a new 5 minute mobility video is uploaded to our WhatsApp group. The first session is free, should you decide to join us each session is £3. I ask that you pay monthly.
